Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you and your little ones to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free, no-questions-asked return and exchange policy.

7-Day Return & Exchange Window

You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or an exchange. Whether the size isn't a perfect fit or you simply changed your mind, we’ve got you covered—no reason required!


Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

  • The items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • All original tags and packaging remain intact.

  • The request is initiated within the 7-day window.


How the Rider Exchange Process Works

We make exchanges incredibly easy with our doorstep exchange service. You don't have to worry about shipping anything back yourself!

  1. Request an Exchange: Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp at 03248844842 or email us at perkylabels@gmail.com with your Order ID and the new size/item you want.

  2. Pack the Return Item: Securely pack the original item in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  3. The Doorstep Swap: We will dispatch your new exchange parcel. When the rider arrives at your doorstep to deliver the new item, simply hand over the old return parcel to the exact same rider.


Refunds & Processing

  • Exchanges: Handled via the doorstep rider swap detailed above.

  • Refunds (Straight Returns): If you only want a refund and not an exchange, refunds will be processed within [e.g., 3-5] business days after we receive and inspect the returned item at our warehouse.

    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.
